• We currently only deliver within Kuwait.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

• Deliveries are handled through trusted local couriers.

• Orders usually arrive within [1–3 business days] after processing.

• Delivery is available Sunday - Thursday (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fee is included in the item price - 1.5-2KWD depending on location.

Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for repeated attempts.

Packaging & Care

• Each diorama is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist (see our Return & Refund Policy).
